About this demo

Meridian Auto & Energy Group Ltd is a fictional company, and every figure, customer, vehicle and record in this demo is invented. The system is not a mockup: it is a working rebuild of a production sales-and-inventory dashboard pattern, run to the same rules — approved invoices only, complimentary and internal movements never counted as revenue, inbound meaning on sea plus at port and nothing else, stock valued at current selling prices, and a receivables figure that carries its reconciliation disclaimer wherever it appears.

One thing worth saying plainly: this is a demo because the real thing cannot be shown. The production systems this rebuild is patterned on run every day on a real group’s live sales and stock data — an employer’s figures are not ours to publish. So the company here is fictional and the numbers are invented, but the pages, the rules, the drill-downs and the refresh discipline are the same ones doing real work elsewhere.

The full design specification — page by page, chart by chart, with the acceptance checklist the build was signed off against — is published with the project source alongside this site. Portfolio visitors: every filter, drill-down, date rewind and CSV export in here genuinely works, in your browser, on the demo dataset.

Connects to the systems you already run

In production, nobody updates these pages by hand. The same dashboards plug into your business systems and stay current on their own:

This demo runs on a sample data file so you can explore freely. A production deployment wires in one of the routes above — the pages, the rules and the drill-downs stay exactly the same.
